Boondi Raita

Yogurt mix with tiny fried gram flour balls

Serving 4 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

2 CupsPlain Yogurt
0.5 CupBundi ( Ready Made)
2 TablespoonsFinely Chopped Green Coriander leaves
1 TeaspoonFinely Chopped Green Chillies
1 TeaspoonGaram Masala

 

Method

  1. Wash and sock bundi in hot water for 5 minutes and then spread on a plate to cool down.

  2. In a bowl add 2 cups of yogurt and mix it with 1 cup of water and whisk it smooth.

  3. Now mix green coriander leaves, green chillies and salt to taste and mix it well.

  4. Now add bundi to the yogurt and mix it .

  5. Sprinkle Garam masala on top of it and serve it with any curry, vegetable or pulav.
