Yogurt mix with shredded Cabbage
Serving 4-6 persons
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
|1 Cup||Shredded Cabbage|
|1.5 Cup||Plain Yogurt|
|1 Tablespoon||Finely Chopped Green Chillies|
|2 Tablespoons||Finely Chopped Green Coriander|
|1 Teaspoon||Garam Masala|
In a large bowl mix yogurt with half cup of water. Mix it smooth so there should be no lumps in the mixture.
Add cabbage , green chillies and coriander leaves to it and mix it well. Sprinkle it with garam masala.
Serve it with any curry or vegetable.
