Khoprey Ki Chutney

|1 ||Fresh Coconut|
|2 Tablespoons||Chana Dal / Horse Gram|
|6 ||Cury Leaves|
|1 Tablespoon||Mustard Seeds|
|2 ||Green Chillies|
|2 Tablespoons||Coriander Leaves|
| ||Salt To Taste|
Soak chana dal for 1 hour.
In a Blender grind coconut, green chillies, chana dal and coriander leaves.
In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and Cury leaves and fry it. When mustard seeds starts crackling add grounded coconut paste to it add salt and mix it well .
Add 2 tablespoons of water. if it gets thick add more water to your own choice of consistency.Cook it for 1-2 minutes at medium flame.
Cool It and serve it with your choice of any dish.
