A very Delicious Cottage Cheese Recipe, ideal for Dinner and Lunch Menu and special occasions.

|1 Pound||Cottage Cheese|
|1 Large||Finely Chopped Onion|
|4 Tablespoons||Tomato Paste|
|2 ||Finely Chopped Green Chillies|
|1 Tablespoon||Ginger Paste|
|1 Teaspoon||Garlic Paste|
|1 Cup||Light Cream|
|1 Teaspoon||Cumin Seeds/ Zeera|
|4 ||Bay Leaves|
|1 ||Pinch of Hing|
|1 ||Stick of Cinnamon|
|1 Tablespoon||Coriander Powder|
|1 Teaspoon||Garam Masala|
|1 Teaspoons||Turmeric Powder/ Haldi|
| ||Salt To Taste|
In a large skillet or pan heat oil. Add Cumin , Cloves and Cinnamon to it and fry it till cumin turns brown.
Add Onions to it and fry it till they turn brown. Then add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Fry it for 2 minutes then add turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix it well and fry it for 1 minute
Add tomato paste to it and fry it for 2 minutes. Remove it from the flame and transfer it into an mixer blender. Add half cup of water and grind it.
Now in a skillet add 1 table spoon oil and heat it. Add Bay leaves to it fry it for 30 seconds and then add grind paste to it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring it in between.
Add half cup of milk and cream to it. Then add dices cottage cheese to it . Now add salt to it and cook it for 2-4 minutes while keep stirring.
Garnish it with cream and serve it with rice or chapatti.
