Sweet dish made with Cracked wheat and milk
Serving 2-4 persons
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
|1 Cup||Cracked Wheat|
|2 ||Green Cardamoms Crushed|
|2 Tablespoon||Regular Butter or Clarified Butter|
Sock cracked wheat for half an hour or so in equal amount of water.
In a pan heat butter and add cloves and Green cardamom fry it for 1 minute then add socked cracked wheat and fry it for 3-4 minutes at medium high heat.
Now add half cup of water to it and cook it for one minute and add milk to it.
Cook it for 10 minutes at medium flame and keep stirring in between so milk does not catch the bottom.
Add sugar to it cook it for another 2 minutes and keep stirring .
Serve it hot with it self or with parantha or sweet chillas.
