Moong Sprouts ki Bhaji
Sprouted Moong Beans with with mashed potatoes
Serving 4-6 persons

|1 Cup||Mung Sprouts|
|3 Large||Boiled Potatoes|
|1 Large||Finely Chopped Onion|
|2 Tablespoon||Tomato Paste|
|1 Teaspoon||Ginger Paste|
|1 Teaspoon||Garlic Paste|
|2 ||Finely Chopped Green Chillies|
|0.5 Cup||Cooking Oil|
|1 Teaspoon||Cumin Seeds/ Zeera|
|1 Teaspoon||Turmeric Powder/ Haldi|
|1 Teaspoon||Garam Masala|
|1 Teaspoon||Coriander Powder|
| ||Salt To Taste|
Peel potatoes and dice them in small cubes.
Heat oil in an frying pan and add cumin seeds to it fry them for 1 minute and add onions to it. Fry them till they turn golden brown and then add green chillies, garlic and ginger paste to it.Fry it for 1 minute.
Add Tomato paste to it fry it till it oil separates out. Now add half cup of water and cook it for 1 minute.
Add Bean sprouts to it mix it well. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
Now add potatoes to it. Add some more warm water as potatoes will sock it quickly.
Cook it for another 2-3 minutes while stirring it .
Serve it hot with chapatti or parantha.
