Zucchini Raita

Healthy Yogurt mix with shredded Zucchini

Serving 4-6 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

1 MediumZucchini
2 TablespoonFinely Chopped Onion
2 CupsYogurt
2 TablespoonsFinely Chopped Green Coriander
1 TablespoonGreen Chilli Finely Chopped
1 TeaspoonGaram Masala

 

Method

  1. Wash and grate Zucchini.

  2. In a bowl mix yogurt with 1 cup of water. Mix it smooth.

  3. Now add zucchini, coriander leaves, green chillies and mix it well. Top it with garam masala and serve it with any curry or vegetable.
