Omelette with Spring Onions Green Peas and Coriander

|1 ||Finely chopped spring onion|
|0.25 Cup||Green Peas|
|1 Tablespoon||Lemon Juice|
|1 Tablespoon||Green Coriander|
|1 ||Finely Chopped Green Chilli|
|1 Tablespoon||Oil or Butter|
| ||Salt to Taste|
Break Eggs in a bowl and whisk it and add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
In a pan heat oil or butter and spread the mixture and spread it around.
Cook it on low flame when one side is done turn it over and turn off the flame.
Cook it for 1 minute and serve it with bread
