Potato Raita

Yogurt mix with diced potatoes

Serving 4-6 persons

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

2 CupsYoghurt
0.5 CupWater (optional)
2 MediumBoiled and Diced Potatoes
2 TablespoonBlack Pepper
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (optional)
Salt to Taste

 

Method

  1. In a bowl Mix water and Yoghurt and beat it.

  2. Now add Potatoes, coriander leaves and green chili.

  3. Sprinkle black pepper and salt and its ready to be serves.
