Kidney Bean Salad

Healthy easy to make salad with Red Kidney Beans

Ingredients

250 GramsRed Kidney Beans
1 SmallFinely Chopped Onion
1 SmallDiced Tomato
1 MediumFinely chopped spring onion
0.25 CupDiced Cucumber
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
2 TablespoonLemon Juice
1 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
Salt to Taste

 

Method

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except black pepper.

  2. Put it in a serving dish and sprinkle black pepper and serve.
