Attey Ka Chilla

Thin pancakes made from wheat flour

Serving 3-4 persons

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes



1.5 CupsWheat Flour/ Regular Flour
0.5 CupSugar
0.5 CupMilk (optional)
1 CupWater To make smooth batter
1 TeaspoonGreen Cardamom Powder (Optional)



  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and make a smooth batter that there is no knots in the batter and it is quite smooth and free flowing.

  2. Now Heat Tava/griddle or any non stick frying pan and rub oil on it.

  3. Now pour 2 table spoon of batter on it and spread it in round shape. Make sure the griddle is not too hot.

  4. When it is done on one side turn it over. If its not easily coming off the griddle or breaking that means it is undone. Cook it for another minute and then turn it over.

  5. Serve with Jam, Malai/Cream, or Porridge
