Cabbage Raita

Yogurt mix with shredded Cabbage

Serving 4-6 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes



1 CupShredded Cabbage
1.5 CupPlain Yogurt
1 TablespoonFinely Chopped Green Chillies
2 TablespoonsFinely Chopped Green Coriander
1 TeaspoonGaram Masala



  1. In a large bowl mix yogurt with half cup of water. Mix it smooth so there should be no lumps in the mixture.

  2. Add cabbage , green chillies and coriander leaves to it and mix it well. Sprinkle it with garam masala.

  3. Serve it with any curry or vegetable.
