Cantaloupe Shake

Milk shake with Cantaloupe flavor

Serving 4 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes



3 CupsCold Milk (Low Fat or Full Cream)
2 CupsCantaloupe in Small chunks
3 TablespoonsSugar



  1. In a blender add milk, sugar and cantaloupe chunks. Blend on high speed for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Pour in glasses and serve it cold.

Except Water melon you can use any kind of melon to make this shake.
