A healthy easy and quick to make yogurt mix with grated carrots
Serving 4-6 persons
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
|1 Medium||Size Carrot|
|1.5 Cups||Plain Yogurt|
|1 Tablespoon||Finely Chopped Green Chillies|
|2 Tablespoon||Finely Chopped Green Coriander|
|1 Teaspoon||Garam Masala|
Wash peel and grate carrot.
In a large bowl add yogurt and one cup of water mix it to smooth. It should not be too thick or water thin. Add more water if required.
Now add green chillies and coriander leaves to it. Sprinkle it with garam masala and serve it with any curry or vegitable.
