Chai

Indian Tea with Cardamom

Ingredients

3 CupsWater
2 TeaspoonsTea Leaves
2 Pods of Green Cardamom
1 CupMilk (Low Fat or Full Fat)
Sugar to Taste

 

Method

  1. Heat water in a pan when it starts boiling add crushed green cardamom.

  2. Add tea leaves and sugar let the tealeaves boil for a minute or so and add milk to it.

  3. Boil it and pour it in cups serve it hot.
