Cold Lassi (Salted)

Traditional sweet yogurt based drink

Serving 4-5 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes



3 CupsYogurt (Full Fat or Fat free)
Salt To Taste
1 TablespoonGaram Masala
1 Spring of Mint Leaves for Garnishing
Ice Cubes



  1. In a blender add yogurt , salt and water.

  2. Blend in on high speed till it turns in to smooth runny drink. You can add water to desired consistency.

  3. Add ice cubes, sprinkle garam masala and garnish it with mint leaves and serve it cold with dinner or lunch.
