Egg Omelette

Simple Egg Omlette with Onions and Tomatoes

2 Eggs
0.25 Finely Chopped Onion
0.25 Finely chopped Tomato
1 TablespoonLemon Juice
Salt to Taste
1 TablespoonGreen Coriander
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
1 TablespoonOil or Butter
1 TablespoonMilk



  1. Break Eggs in a bowl and whisk it and add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.

  2. In a pan heat oil or butter and spread the mixture and spread it around.

  3. Cook it on low flame when one side is done turn it over and turn off the flame.

  4. Cook it for few seconds and serve it with bread.
