Egg Scramble

Scrambled Eggs with Onions

2 Eggs
0.25 Finely Chopped Onion
0.25 Finely chopped Tomato
1 TablespoonLemon Juice
Salt to Taste
1 TablespoonGreen Coriander
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
1 TablespoonOil or Butter



  1. Break Eggs in a bowl and whisk it well now add rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  2. In a frying pan heat oil or butter and pour the mixture and keep stirring.

  3. Cook it for 2 minutes or till it gets done.

  4. Egg Scramble can be served with bread or Pranthas
