Tomato & Spring onion Raita

Healthy Yogurt mix with diced Tomatoes and chopped Spring Onions

Serving 2-4 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes



2 CupsYoghurt
0.5 Finely chopped spring onion
1 SmallDiced Tomato
2 TablespoonsCoriander Leaves
1 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
0.5 CupWater
Salt to taste



  1. In a bowl beat yoghurt with water until it smooth out.

  2. Now add tomato, onion and coriander leaves.

  3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of it and its ready to be served.
