Masala Chai

Indian Tea with Spices

3 CupsWater
2 TeaspoonsTea Leaves
2 Pods of Green Cardamom
1 Crushes Black cardamom
2 Crushes Cloves
1 PinchCinnamon Powder
1.5 CupMilk (Low Fat or Full Fat)
Sugar to Taste



  1. Heat water in a pan add crushed green cardamom, black cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon Powder. Boil it for 1-2 minutes

  2. Add tea leaves and sugar let the tealeaves boil for a minute or so and add milk to it.

  3. Boil it and pour it in cups serve it hot.
