Pan baked Indian bread made with a mixture of Wheat flour and Gram flour with spices

|1.5 Cups||Wheat Flour|
|1.5 Cups||Besan /Gram Flour|
|1 Tablespoon||Finely Chopped Green Coriander leaves|
|2 Tablespoon||Kassori Methi or Fresh Methi|
|1 Teaspoon||Coriander Powder|
|1 Teaspoon||Cumin Seeds|
|1 Teaspoon||Haldi Powder|
|1 Teaspoon||Carom Seeds/ Ajwain|
|2 Tablespoons||Cooking Oil|
In a large vessel mix flours and all the other ingredients except butter and kneed it with water.
Make equal size of balls from the dough depending upon the size you want to make the chapatti.
Heat Tava or griddle and cook rori on it. When one side is done turn over to other side.
You can use a kitchen towel or spatula to press the chapatti on the tava so it cooks from all the sides.
Rub Butter over the one side of chapatti and serve it hot with any curry or vegetable you like.
