Mix Vegetable

Mix of tasty and healthy vegetables with spices

Serving 4-6 persons

Cooking Time: 25 minutes



1 CupCauliflower Florets
0.5 CupDiced Carrots
0.5 CupGreen Bell Pepper
1 CupShredded Cabbage
0.5 CupGreen Peas
1 CupBroccoli Florets
4 LargePotatoes
1 LargeFinely Chopped Onion
3 TablespoonsTomato Paste
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 TablespoonGinger Paste
1 TeaspoonGarlic Paste
0.5 CupCooking oil

Dry Spices

1 TeaspoonCumin Seeds/ Zeera
1 TeaspoonGaram Masala
1 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder/ Haldi
1 TablespoonCoriander Powder
Salt To Taste



  1. Wash and cut spinach. Peel wash and dice potato in small cubes.

  2. Heat oil in large skillet, when it is simmering hot add cumin seeds to it when it turns brown add onions to it.

  3. Fry onions till it turns brown and then add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste.

  4. Fry it for 2 minutes and then add turmeric powder, coriander, salt and garam masala to it.

  5. Fry it for 1 minute then add tomato paste to it. Fry it for another 2-4 minutes then add all the vegetables to it. Add half cup of water and cook it at medium flame.

  6. Keep stirring it between and cook it till vegetables get tender. When they are done remove it from the flame garnish it with coriander leaves.

  7. Serve it hot with chapatti or parantha.
