Shredded Radish Salad

Serving 4-6 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes



1 LargeIndian Radish
2 TablespoonShredded Ginger
1 TablespoonFinely Chopped Green Chillies
2 TablespoonsLemon Juice
1 TeaspoonGaram Masala
2 TablespoonsFinely Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt To Taste



  1. Wash and peel radish. Shred it in a food processor or an shredder.

  2. Add Ginger shreds to it and add lemon juice , garam masala, salt and coriander to it.

  3. Salad Is ready you can serve it with any entrée.
