Sabudana Kheer

Pearl Tapioca milk pudding

Serving 2-4 persons

0.5 CupSabudana
4 CupsMilk
2 TablespoonsOil
0.5 CupCrushed Peanuts (Optional)
3 TablespoonShredded Dry Coconut
0.5 CupSugar



  1. Wash and soak Sagu for 2 hours.

  2. In an pan boil milk and then turn the flame down to medium.

  3. Heat milk for 20 minutes and keep stirring in between. After 10 minutes add peanuts to the milk.

  4. Now add sugar to the milk stir it well then add Sagu and cook it for another 10 minutes. add shredded coconut to it and mix It well and remove it from the flame.

  5. This dish can be served as breakfast or as dessert after dinner.

You can adjust the quantity of sugar to your taste.
