Moong Sprouts ki Bhaji
Sprouted Moong Beans with with mashed potatoes
Serving 4-6 persons

Ingredients
| 1 Cup | Mung Sprouts |
| 3 Large | Boiled Potatoes |
| 1 Large | Finely Chopped Onion |
| 2 Tablespoon | Tomato Paste |
| 1 Teaspoon | Ginger Paste |
| 1 Teaspoon | Garlic Paste |
| 2 | Finely Chopped Green Chillies |
| 0.5 Cup | Cooking Oil |
Dry Spices
| 1 Teaspoon | Cumin Seeds/ Zeera |
| 1 Teaspoon | Turmeric Powder/ Haldi |
| 1 Teaspoon | Garam Masala |
| 1 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder |
| | Salt To Taste |
Method
Peel potatoes and dice them in small cubes.
Heat oil in an frying pan and add cumin seeds to it fry them for 1 minute and add onions to it. Fry them till they turn golden brown and then add green chillies, garlic and ginger paste to it.Fry it for 1 minute.
Add Tomato paste to it fry it till it oil separates out. Now add half cup of water and cook it for 1 minute.
Add Bean sprouts to it mix it well. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
Now add potatoes to it. Add some more warm water as potatoes will sock it quickly.
Cook it for another 2-3 minutes while stirring it .
Serve it hot with chapatti or parantha.
