Chick Pea/ Garbanzo beans Salad

Healthy easy to make salad with Garbanzo beans

Serving 2-4 persons

Preparation Time: 10 minutes



2 CupsGarbanzo Beans (Chick peas)
1 MediumBoiled Diced potato
1 SmallFinely Chopped Onion
1 SmallDiced Tomato
1 Finely chopped spring onion
0.25 CupDiced Cucumber
Green Chillies to taste
2 TablespoonGreen Coriander
2 TablespoonLemon Juice
Salt To Taste
1 TeaspoonBlack Pepper



  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put in a serving dish.

  2. Sprinkle it with black pepper and serve.
