Cucumber Raita
Yogurt Mix with cucumber
Serving 4-6 persons
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
| 2 Cups | Yoghurt |
| 1 Medium | Finely shredded cucumber |
| 2 Tablespoon | Finely Chopped Coriander leaves |
| 2 | Green Chillies to taste |
| 1 Teaspoons | Black Pepper |
| | Salt To Taste |
Method
In a bowl beat the yogurt to till it smooth out add 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and serve!
