Cucumber Raita

Yogurt Mix with cucumber

Serving 4-6 persons

Preparation Time: 5 minutes



2 CupsYoghurt
1 MediumFinely shredded cucumber
2 TablespoonFinely Chopped Coriander leaves
2 Green Chillies to taste
1 TeaspoonsBlack Pepper
Salt To Taste



  1. In a bowl beat the yogurt to till it smooth out add 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve!
